Veteran’s Memorials

Elmlawn’s Family Service Counselors will be happy to assist you and your family in ordering a Veterans memorial marker in either bronze or granite.

When the family of a Veteran is interested in ordering a Veteran’s Memorial, Elmlawn can order the Veteran’s memorial marker at no charge. The Veteran’s Administration does require that you pay a foundation and placement fee to the cemetery before your order can be processed.

To order a Veteran’s marker please visit the VA website to submit a military records request and get a DD214 form. Please include a copy of the DD214 form with your check for the foundation and placement fee and mail to Elmlawn Memorial Park or stop by our office.

Foundation and Placement Fee:
Granite – $258
Bronze – $550
